Spring Dance

The rugby is scheduled for Wed night now so just been out in the garden trying to catch birds in flight, not so easy when you try to do it. I caught this moment it shouted dance to me, so here is a Chaffinch doing the birdie dance, not a good shot but some fun :)

I recently built a small hide in the garden and its providing some great results.

The rugby is back

Currie RFC picked up where they left off before the break for new year, the weather was crap but it didn't dent my fun shooting another Currie win 29 5 against Edinburgh Accies.

Here it is, I still have a few tricks to try, its quite dangerous, I burned two holes in my coat doing this.

No Rugby for weeks

The weather hear has closed down all the local games, so I just have to amuse myself with wild life shots etc. I plan to do some quite dangerous stuff this week end replicating a fireball shot I saw on the web, so if there are no more posts you will know it all went horribly wrong :).


For now, here is a couple of birds I took, I'm planning to "collect" as many of the species that vist my feeder as possible.
